Errigal from Dunlewy

Errigal Mountain is the highest hill in Donegal at 749m. The mountain's steep scree slopes and sharp summit ridge make it an impressive sight as it is approached from either Bunbeg to the west or from Letterkenny to the east. The view from the summit down to Dunlewy and the Poisoned Glen are very impressive. This is a photograph of the southern flank as seen from near the old church at Dunlewey.
